BEFORE ANYTHING

Our admin team just want to remind you that all players on your rosters must be in our – GAF Sniping Competition Facebook Page otherwise any cbs played with people who ain’t in our comp page will be deemed INVALID & FF will be rewarded to the opposite team – If both teams play with people who ain’t in our competition page it will then become VOIDED.
ALL members participating in CBS must have an Active Facebook. (NOT JUST MESSENGER)
ALL members participating in this competition MUST NOT have any admins blocked or you will be removed or not regged for this competition.
If you’re in our unavailable section you will be removed from our comp page and removed off rosters and your leader will have to register you again.
If you violate on our comp page – You will receive a 28 DAY SUSPENSION
All teams MUST have a group chat.
ADMINS have the right to join any clan group chats, to clear any allegations made towards any teams that are registered in this competition.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST HAVE VISIBLE PICTURES OF YOURSELF IN YOUR FB GALLERY to play any CBS,
GROUP PICS ONLY in someone’s gallery will no longer be allowed you must have atleast one selfie of yourself that is visible for everyone to see and know what you look like.
Pictures of Animals/body features/cartoons pets are not visible pics – TEAMS MAY TAKE FF FOR THAT.
NO STAND DOWNS – This applies for registrations & Name Changes – BUT STAND DOWNS WILL BE MADE if your team has been caught doing shit they shouldn’t be doing.

GENERAL

All CBS are played best out of 5 MAPS or first to win 3 MAPS First team to win 6 ROUNDS wins the map.
All Maps are played with the CORRECT set up that you will find in our BO4 SETUP SECTION.
The MINIMUM NUMBERS of players required to play a CB is 3 PLAYERS. If the minimum requirement is not met, then that team will forfeit the CB.
All CBS are to be played with a maximum team of 5 VS 5 PLAYERS
A CB containing 6 VS 6 PLAYERS may be allowed, if both LEADERS agree on the post please keep in mind ONLY LEADERS MAY ASK AND CONFIRM 6V6
1 SUB may be present in game – IF TEAMS ARE PLAYING JUST 5V5.
SUBS must kill themselves within 10 SECONDS of each round starting. Failure to do so will result in a map forfeit.
All 6v6 are to be 8 rounds.
Standard 5v5 will remain at 6 rounds. Teams have the choice to SET 8 ROUNDS for 5v5. A leader from each team will be required to set this on the callout.
ALL PLAYERS ON STAND DOWN for whatever reason, are not to be present in CB as subs or even participate in CONNECTION TEST.
No one is allowed in CODCASTER not even a mutual Host. If Admins find out that someone was in CODCASTER the CB will be VOIDED or FF may be rewarded to a team depending on the situation.
Only LEADERS can request to remove a team from this competition.
All maps with incorrect set up will need to be re-matched. The HOST will need to be notified of this BEFORE the second maps starts. Any time AFTER will result INVALID and is played on.
After every map Both teams have 3 MINUTES before the next map begins, Failure to start map within the 2 minutes will result in an FF for that map. The only exception is if a player can’t join the lobby, or an issue needs to be solved by an admin. – Please Note that if you are trying to take FF for whatever reason you want to take FF for and it states that you can in our rules, please don’t approach our admin page and ask when it clearly states you can in our rules.

HOST

Host must run a 3 ROUND HardCore Search and Destroy Connection test on Nuke Town.
BOTH LEADERS must agree to a host/mutual host – If in the case that both clans are not satisfied with the opposing teams host, each clan are to host their OWN MAPS.
When HOSTING OWN MAPS – you must run 2 rounds of Connection test on Nuketown to make sure the opposing team is okay with your host – If the opposing team is not happy with it someone else in your team will have to host – 2 ROUNDS OF CONNECTION TEST IS A MUST.
If a player times out within the first 30 SECONDS of the map, the Host must end the game & allow the player to rejoin the session they will have 3MINS max to rejoin or a FF may be claimed, Unless both teams just continue to start it back up and PLAY ON.
Host has to start the game with whoever is in the lobby from both teams when that 30 minutes is up MINIMUM OF 3 PLAYERS OTHERWISE IT WILL BE DEEMED AS A FORFEIT
If Connection Test is started before the 30 MINS grace time, CB must start 2 MINS after that.
If a team member guns/punches/ hardscopes during connection, the player who did so is to be REMOVED FROM CB, and will miss the first map.
As many times as they punch/gun and hardscope – is as many maps they will NOT be allowed to play in the actual CB.
You are not allowed to purposely kill yourself to rush a Connection Test, Proof provided and this person will also miss first map, or as many times as they do it; is as many times as they are to sit out.
For those who miss first map- you CANNOT SUBSTITUTE someone else in! Otherwise FF will be rewarded to the opposing team.
IF THE HOST BLUE SCREENS – proof must be provided to be able to continue at the scores before that happened. If host blue screens without proof – FF will be rewarded to the opposing team.
When leaders agree to HOST OWN, teams will NOT be allowed to GUN, PUNCH OR DO ANYTHING that will give the other team the IMMDEITAE FORFIET for not wanting to play on that team’s host. ALL MAPS must be PLAYED.

CALLING OUT

Admins will no longer be approving edits on any incorrect call outs. If your call out is incorrect in any way you must delete and repost.v4
If a CB is pending admin decision. Any callouts made to the teams will be invalid till an outcome has been reached.
All call outs MUST be validated by an admin/validator before a CB is allowed to be played.
Any CBs played without an admin Or Validators validation, will be VOIDED.
You can callout any rank above you – IRM is not needed for this comp just callout normally.
if you make a Callout to a team & then lose the CB and then delete your callout just so you can callout again – your team will be stripped to the bottom of the Leaderboard.
If you edit your callout to get it purposely voided to call someone else out, your rank will be stripped to the bottom also
When calling out you MUST tag 1 leader from your team and tag 2 leaders from the clan you are calling out. – No need to tag yourself or say “myself – If you are the only leader just continue to do your callout.
If you are unable to tag a leader/admin in your call out, you must show that you have attempted to tag the leader/admins Full Facebook name – ( correct spelling.) in the call out – not in the comment section and in brackets write unable to tag or can’t tag leader/admin. e.g. @Katelyn Kiri (Unable to tag) or (CANT TAG)
Clan Names OR abbreviations on call outs must be spelt EXACTLY how they are spelt on the Leaderboards – not case sensitive.
If the clan name/abbreviation are both on the call out and one is spelt correct and the other isn’t, the call out will be invalid.
Only LEADERS can make call outs / accept decline & set CB’s. Anyone who is not a leader for the clan being called out and attempts to accept or decline will be suspended for 3 days.
LEADERS must wait for an official rank claim post before calling out the winning / losing team.
LEADERS must also post up their win / defend before they can continue to call out
You cannot call a clan out that is ranked below you.
Once a CB has been validated by an Admin/Validator, The call out cannot be deleted as this is an official confirmation of the teams who will be playing the CB. Deleting your call out once it has been validated or accepted – is a FF to the team who was called out.
If you lose a CB you have a 12 HOUR stand down period from the time CB was set before you can call out another team.
Teams can not call out the same team for 48 HOURS regardless if you are the defending team and you lose the CB or if you are the team that made the call out and you lose the CB.
Teams can decline any challenges if they have defended in the past 24 HOURS from the time CB was set
If the defending team declines, they are declining ALL CHALLENGES for 6 HOURS from the time they have declined.
After the 6 HOURS has passed any valid call outs must be accepted.
During the 6 HOUR shield, this clan can still call out another rank ahead.
Leaders / 2iC’s have 24HR to accept a call out from the time the call out is made.
If you can’t tag 1 leader from the opposing team but can tag another The time will not begin untill the leader WHO COULDNT BE TAGGED has been tagged.
Leaders must write “ACCEPT” on the call out.
If a CB is played and is not accepted on the call out the CB will be VOIDED.
You have 48HR from the time the call out is accepted to play the CB.
Once a mutual time has been agreed upon by both leaders you cannot reschedule.
Teams must play at that scheduled time or forfeit will apply.
If a CB isn’t played within 48HRS of being accepted, and no extension has been granted from admins – a forfeit will be given to the team whos wasted the least amount of time – ON THE CALLOUT NOT VIA LEADERS CHAT OR PRIVATE MESSAGE.
If a CB has not been played within the 48HRS of acceptance and no extension granted and both teams have wasted equal amounts of time, the CB will then become VOIDED.
When deciding who wasted the least amount of time – “keen tonight/ right now is not counted.
Proper times only must be asked on the callout.
An extra 24HRS can be allowed to play a CB if both leaders agree and is approved by an admin.
Teams will have till 11:59pm NZT to have that CB played instead of the accepted time.
All requests for extensions, need to be requested ON THE CALLOUT NOT ANYWHERE ELSE.
If both teams agree to play the day after their 48HRS lapse that’s basically asking for a extension we will allow this if both teams agree to it.
7 DAY SUSPENSION will be given out to those who comment on call outs saying VALID OR INVALID & ain’t an admin Or Validator for GAF – Only Admins & Validators have that authority So we recommend that you dont be dumb and comment such a thing if you ain’t a LEADER.
Same thing applies for Commenting ACCEPT OR DECLINE and you ain’t a Leader for neither of the teams you will Receive a 7 DAY SUSPENSION

Anything other than what is shown on the correct call out format will be deemed invalid. – so make sure you got your callouts right.

CLAN TAGS

ALL Clan tags used for CB’s is the abbreviation of your team/clan eg. [AOx], if your PSN already contains your clan name then a clan tag is not required. e.g. (AOx_Gee)
MH – For mutual host only – A HOST MUTUALLY AGREED BY BOTH LEADERS.
Failure to have the correct clan tag will result in a map forfeit until Clan tag has been corrected. If you see someone in the opposing team have the wrong CLAN TAG be fair tell them to change it to the correct clan tag otherwise if you try come for a FF at the end of CB due to wrong clan tags WE WILL HAPPILY SUSPEND YOU FOR 28 DAYS & INVALID THAT RANK CLAIM SO DONT PISS US OFF!

CONTESTING TEAM picks MAP 2
Keep ALTERNATING until a team has WON 3 MAPS

ALL DLC MAPS, Nuketown, and variants of normal maps – EG, ARSENAL SANDSTORM ARE BANNED.
ALL MAPS (BESDIES DLCS) are allowed to be played.
MAP with 2 DIFFERE VERSIONS (Hacienda, Firing Range, Jungle) are also alowed, BUT ONLY ONE VERSION of each map will be played in a CB.
If a banned map is played it will result in a rematch on a valid map – VOID RULE DOES NOT APPLY HERE.

CLAIMING RANK

GAME MODE IS NOT REQUIRED PICTURES TELL US – But if you would like to add game mode Feel free too.
LEADERS must post the evidence of all maps OR proof of FF on the GAF BO4 Sniping Competition Facebook Page. The post MUST state: the clan you versed, Your clan name, whether it is a defend or Claim & tag 2 Admins.
Please make sure all clan names in rank claims/defends – mirror the clan names on leaderboards NOT CASE SENSITIVE.
Anything aside from what has been advised, will be VOIDED once the 12HRS from set CB time has lapsed or from the time FF was given.
Then, screenshot your post and send it to the admin page so we can update your rank.
If you do not send a screenshot of your rank claim post within 12HRS from set time of CB/taking forfeit to the admin page then the match will be treated as though it never even happened and your rank will not be updated.
There are no restrictions against editing rank claims HOWEVER if an edit is made then an updated screenshot must be resent to the Admin Page. – If not that claim will be VOIDED
Evidence of the victory must be posted before calling out another Clan.
Photos of the maps won MUST be included in your rank claim post. If photos are not provided CB and call out will be voided.
You will no longer be allowed to ask the opposing team to confirm maps won.
Photos can be obtained by theatre, However – you will need to edit in the rounds into each picture. Failure to do so, will end in a rematch and/or VOID.
If you struggle to get photos of winning maps due to game play not appearing in theatre, then missing maps must be replayed within the next 24hours from time CB was set or claim/defend will be voided.

DEFENDING RANK

GAME MODE IS NOT MANDATORY – feel free to add it in if you’d like.
There are no RESTRICTIONS AGAINST editing rank defends.
LEADERS must post the evidence of all maps OR proof of FF on the GAF BO4 Sniping Competition Facebook Page. The post MUST STATE:

YOUR CLAN NAME
WHETER IT WAS A CLAIM OR DEFEND
PHOTOS OF MAPS WON
AND TAG 2 ADMINS – Anything aside from what is expected, will be VOIDED once the 12HRS from set CB time has lapsed.
Please make sure all CLAN NAMES in Rank Claims/Defends – Mirror the clan names on Leaderboards = (NOT CASE SENSITIVE) – Anything aside from what has been advised, will be VOIDED once the 12HRS from set CB time has lapsed or from the time FF was given.
ALL defends need to be posted up within 12HRS (from set time of CB) Otherwise CB will be considered voided (TREATED AS IF IT NEVER HAPPENED). Which means you will NOT be able to decline a call out.
Photos of the maps won MUST be included in your rank defend post. If photos are not provided CB and call out will be voided.
You will NO LONGER be allowed to ask the opposing team to confirm maps won.
ONLY #1 DEFENDS need to be sent into admin page, Otherwise your #1 Defends will not be updated in our #1 SECTION.
ALL other defend are NOT required to be sent into the GAF SNIPING COMPEITION PAGE.
ALL #1 DEFENDS, need to state how much they have won by in the defend post, or it will NOT BE UPDATED.
If a #1 DEFEND is not sent into admins within the 12HRS of cb set time #1 CAN NOT DECLINE.

ISSUES IN-GAME

ANY KILLS that are made by anyone in a glitch, will FF that map to the opposing team. This includes blowing up barrels.
ANY IN-GAME issues eg. sub not killing themselves, incorrect clan tags, banned items etc MUST BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY before playing on, instead of after so many rounds or maps are played.
If the issue is not dealt with and both teams continue to play on the issue will no longer be valid – KNOWN AS VOID RULE.
HACKING – of any sort is an immediate FF including customised classes more than the allowed amount is an automatic disqualification for that whole Cb regardless of maps played. (No voided rule)
If settings are incorrect they must be picked up by the beginning of MAP 2 Once its been confirmed, the CB MUST BE RESTARTED FROM 0-0
FF on players who are Double Rostered, Unregistered Players or Catfishes may be claimed within 24HRS of the CB set time – VOID RULE WILL NOT APPLY
Any issues with HARD-SCOPING will be resolved in REAL-TIME during the game so we recommend you to watch your KILL CAMS during matches.
1.5+ SECONDS is considered as a HARDSCOPE.
LINING UP A SHOT – Scoping in to line up the shot & then scoping back out and shooting is NOT ALLOWED Teams may TAKE FF, provided there is proof. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, – Please message our GAF ADMIN PAGE as soon as it HAPPENS.
Constant scoping IN/OUT will not be allowed and is considered as LINING UP A SHOT Teams may take FF, provided there is proof. – IF YOU ARE UNSURE, Please message our GAF ADMIN PAGE as soon as it happens.
ANY HARD-SCOPING issue(s) brought up after the CB has finished will be ignored.
Please be careful and make sure that your accusations is CORRECT because if the game is stopped and you were incorrect, your clan will forfeit that map to the opposing team.
Don’t bother asking if you can take it back from the scores you were at before you made them end it for nothing – NO REMATCH NO CARRY ONS FF IS REWARDED.
If caught using an UNREGISTERED PLAYER the team will forfeit every maps that they played.
If caught playing with incorrect PSN/FB NAME FORFEIT will be rewarded to the opposing team for all maps they played.
If both teams play with incorrect PSN/FB NAMES that CB will be VOIDED so you know what that means UPDATE YOUR ROSTERS.
If a player joins mid game and is put on opponents team , they must LEAVE/SWITCH within 10 SECONDS of joining game, fail to change team or leave game will be a map forfeit.
SWITCHING SUBS IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS COMP – players must officially time out before someone else can join and take that spot. – PROOF MUST BE PROVIDED IF TAKING FF.
Sub can ONLY join in mid game if a team mate “TIMES OUT” and must wait untill that person has fully left the game.
If your player that TIMED OUT still shows that they are in the game THE SUB that was gonna jump in must still sit out and wait untill they have FULLY LEFT THE GAME.
If using incorrect specialist the player must kill themselves immediately and change back to the correct specialist (ruin). If player does not kill themselves and get’s a kill with incorrect specialist this will result in map FF
Any other issues brought up 24HRS after the CB set time will be VOIDED.
Any issues need to be resolved mutually between Team Leaders first. – If this is not possible then a message will need to be sent to the GAF BO4 Sniping Admin Page for assistance in finding a resolution.
DO NOT personally message the admins as you will be advised to message the admin page.

ROSTER UPDATES

MAX ON ROSTERS IS 15 – Anyone that gets registered over 15 will have (U2PCBS) next to their PSN & FB NAME.
ALL updates must be sent to the GAF BO4 Sniping Competition Admin page.

ADMIN UPDATES

PSN – NAME CHANGES & REGISTRATIONS – Can be sent in at ANY TIME. Players MUST wait for the update to be COMPLETED to play or this will result in a FORFEIT for every map that player PLAYED. (This includes name changes and promoting Leaders.)
RANK CLAIMS – are done at any time.
Constant name changes will result in a 3DAY STAND DOWN depending on how often this is changed.
Constant changing teams will result in a 3 day stand down depending on how often you change teams.
All stand downs for clan hopping & name changing will end at 11:59PMNZT on whatever day your stand down ends. This basically applies to all stand downs that anyone gets in this comp.
We will no longer be registering people who haven’t requested to join our page If they ain’t in it they must request to join our page before you send in the registration otherwise we will tell you to send it in again once they have requested to join.
We Will not be regging people who don’t have visible pics VCAB4CB Will no longer be available to anyone participating in this comp! if your page looks fake to us and your photos look just as fake and your page is new best believe we gonna decline that registration.
NEW TEAM REGISTRATIONS – will be done at anytime a admin on updates is available (Even after 5pmNZT)
ALL NEW TEAMS – get a 24HR Free Recruiting period this means if you reg a new team and reg players who are currently in a team there is no SD due to that free 24HR recruiting period however if you reg someone to your team who is currently on SD FOR ANOTHER TEAM that SD will continue.
REQUEST FOR UPDATES TO BE DONE AFTER 5pmNZT & you will be declined. GAF BO4 ADMIN TEAM don’t favour anyone & neither do we just do random updates for our own teams everyone is equal to the same treatment we literally do our competition updates everyday, It doesn’t hurt to send your updates through before 5PMNZT!

DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR AND ACTIONS THAT WILL BE TAKEN WHEN RULES ARE BROKEN

WARNING – GAF will not tolerate people bringing up anyones FAMILY MEMBERS Or PASSED LOVED ONES you will be KICKED & PERM BANNED FROM HERE.
Any sort of DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR towards an Admin/Validator Will not be TOLERATED & Will be an automatic 2 WEEK STAND DOWN continued BEHAVIOUR by the same person will result in a 1 MONTH STAND DOWN or PERM BAN
Any DIRECT & PERSONAL ATTACKS to other players in this competition will recieve a 2 WEEK SD continued behaviour you will then be removed from our GAF BO4 Facebook Page & Put on a 1 MONTH SD – Depending on the situation a Longer Punishment may be required.
FAMILY RELATED COMMENTS/ RACISM Will not be tolerated at ANYLEVEL!! – admins will decide penalty for the individuals at fault.
KEEP IN MIND THAT WE WIIL NEVER LET YOU BACK IN THIS COMP ONCE YOU ARE PERM BANNED – you can say sorry to us and beg all you want but we still wont let you back in this Competition #PERIOD.
